My Workout Routine


Many of us runs away when they hear the word “workout” or “exercise”.  I used to be one, not anymore. Changing the way I think about it, I take exercise not as just some task, it is key to the healthy life. I have experienced that when I workout regularly, I feel fresh whole day. Besides this, there is some different kind of glow on my skin.

I like that glow on my skin very much, this motivates me to workout regularly. I think it’s essential to exercise regularly as our lifestyle has changed a lot. We don’t have much physical activities in our life now. For example earlier we go to market to buy veggies, fruits, grocery, etc. but now a days we order it online on Amazon, Grofers, Bigbasket, etc. Internet is making us lazy day by day. Think your routine and see how much physical activity you have in a day. I am pretty sure you are gonna laugh. Most of us don’t even walk 200 or 300 meters to buy groceries, we prefer to go by bike or car.

Thirty minutes of exercise a day can definitely change your life. I am sharing my list of exercise which anybody can do. I am not a pro and you don’t need to be pro to follow this workout.

Jumping Jacks:

Jumping Jacks boosts your heart which helps to burn more calories.

High knees helps in strengthening muscles which lifts knees.

Burns arm fat as well as strengthen it.
