Besan Chilla Recipe
Besan chilla also called besan pudla is healthy and easy to cook. Its usually prepared in breakfast, tea time. I sometimes cook it for dinner if we want to eat something light.

- 2 cups besan flour
- 2 tsp whole wheat flour
- 1 big or 2 small onion finely chopped
- 1/2 carrot grated
- 2 chillies finely chopped
- 5 to 6 garlic cloves paste
- 4 tsp curd
- 2 pinch turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp corainder and jeera powder
- 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
- 1/2 cup of water or as required
- Salt as per taste
- Oil as required
How to make besan chilla:
Take 2 cups besan in bowl
Add 2 tsp whole wheat flour in it
Add onions, grated carrot, garlic paste, chopped green chilli, finely chopped corainder leaves,
Mix it well and add curd in it
Add water as required to make the batter and now add salt, red chilli powder and corainder jeera powder and mix well
heat pan and add some oil in it. Now spread the batter evenly in round shape.
Let it cook for some time on slow flame and turn it and cook other side till it looks golden.
Serve hot with tomato ketchup or mix veg pickle.
